Battani

This is a 12x16 balcony with a Trex Rain Escape system installed inside the framing. This allows for a dry space underneath and a ceiling to be installed and more importantly, for the deck to be built level. The drainage system is pitched into a gutter to send all of the water to a downspout. We used a bead board sheet ceiling and basic black 1x2 trim.
