The amount of pride Doug takes in his work is absolutely obvious in the quality and I couldn't be happier with the screened in porch he built for us. We'll be using his services again for our future outdoor projects. Highly recommended.

No job goes without a few hiccups, this one had a few, Doug was in communication with me at all times and had a plan to fix or make things right. Not one phone call went unreturned. For that matter, we had in person briefings all along the way. Very engaging, had a plan, and explained things very well so I would understand, or make suggestions to alter the design.

Doug and Jessica at Grand Design just completed my porch. It should and no way shape or form be called a porch is truly an extension of my home. To say they knocked it out of the park is an understatement.

They were easy to work with, if I were them, I probably would’ve killed me because every day they came in the morning to work on the deck I had another harebrained idea. Lol.

When they left today and I stood back and looked at my porch from the yard, I was almost in tears. For two reasons, as much as I wanted them to be done I truly am going to miss them, and secondly, just looking up at the sheer beauty of my extension of my home was breathtaking.

Doug has done a FABULOUS job of tackling our rather large list of updates! He built us a shingled porch/roof for our back patio and replaced our windows and siding! Wonderful job building a deck on the back of our home. We chose ipe wood which is not easy to work with. Doug and Jess are amazing!
