The Rex’s

From a basic outdated patio to a grand outdoor living space this deck has many unique characteristic. The ceiling is exposed with beautiful tongue and groove boards above the rafters. Along with 2 skylights. The Trex decking is angled with a single straight transition board down the middle. The client wanted a totally maintenance free build so we set them up with aluminum screeneze, PVC trim for skirting, trex decking, and fully wrapped posts and header. As well as 2 full view exterior doors and a modern French door leading into the house.
